Morning Mass Shake
Mixed up a good one today, figured that I would share:

1 Scoop Chocolate Powder
2 Scoops Vanilla Powder
8-10 oz Skim Milk
1/2 Large Banana
2 Whole Eggs*
5 Ice Cubes

Would estimate the calories at 500+ and protein over 75 grams. Drank the shake over a period of 1-2 hours.

*Consuming raw eggs can be dangerous.

Always take healthy breakfast for getting energy for whole day.
You breakfast must contain:
Apple, milk, fresh fruit juice, yogurt, bread, eggs, and cheese.

Great mass shake recipe and I will definitely try this as we must have healthy breakfast which provides us essential nutrients and energy for our daily activities. healthy and daily breakfast prevent from obesity, high blood pressure, depression and diabetes.
