Morning Mass Shake
Mixed up a good one today, figured that I would share:
1 Scoop Chocolate Powder
2 Scoops Vanilla Powder
8-10 oz Skim Milk
1/2 Large Banana
2 Whole Eggs*
5 Ice Cubes
Would estimate the calories at 500+ and protein over 75 grams. Drank the shake over a period of 1-2 hours.
*Consuming raw eggs can be dangerous.
