Breaking up scar Tissue?

Guys, is there anyway to "break up" scar tissue? I have a fair bit in my delts since they were the easiest place for me to shoot, and it's starting to get pretty annoying. Anyway to get this scar tissue to be less dense or something of that nature?

I think someone just posted about scar tissue.

The only thing that works is deep tissue massage.

Deep tissue massage or Graston is good for scar tissue. Active Release Technique (ART) is also good.

ART hurts reeeeeeeeeeeall bad.

Like, crying 'wah wah' real bad!

But yes, is very effective.

get a foam roller or get a large therapist to do the deep tissue therapy on you....
