For the past 3 to 4 days I have not been able to take a deep breath or seem to catch my breath. I feel like it can be contributed to an increase in my weight - currently at 266. I have never been this heavy before.

I have tried xanax to relax me but I don't want to rely on it..I'm currently running tren which I've reduced to 600 a week.

Any suggestions??

It could be the tren cause that is why i only use it to compete but try what he said the Cab
Benzos are a 2 -4 week thing and for life reasons should never be relied on .

I was having breathing issues the last part of the year and dropped some weight but the ten i lost made me feel better.
 
I used test from a ugl where I couldn't breath and would cough. Switched to another ugl and felt fine

I read on another board a guy is using a otc nasal spray called nasacort and it is working wonders for him

Even without the tren your bodyweight is doing the most action on your cardiovascular.
One thing I learned early on when I was still natty was that you have to do cardio while your bodyweight climbs. Not only will you have a leaner overall gain, but as you are noticing breathing becomes harder and your lifting endurance/performance drops off.

Great points and advice. When I was 200-225 I never really had an issue cardio wise. Once I got above that though, the heavier I get the more labored my breathing is - that is unless I do a moderate amount of cardio. I try to get at least a mile walk with my dog a day, and also do 15 min pre workout on the elliptical

Couldn't agree more. I made the mistake of not doing cardio when growing like crazy and my breathing suffered and I was sweating like a pig as a result.

What got my attention initially, was like you I was just about the growth/size factor. My strentgh shot up, but I would crap out mid set from having no endurance. If you cant push the set hard, then you really are short circuiting growth potential. Not too mention your overall health suffers as well.

yea! Especially on leg days. I would do leg press last (since it's on a different floor in the gym) and at that point, I'm so exhausted and it's embarrassing how badly I'm breathing. I was only like 235 at 5'10 and on 420-700mg tren when that was happening. It was bad.
 
were you guys just doing moderate cardio? i.e. walking on a treadmill or what?

I bought some nasacort so we will see how that helps tomorrow :) Thank you guys for the input!!

It could be from the added weight. Have you cheked BP regular?
