Bridge...Test or Eq..?

Ok Bros...this is open for discussion wat do You think is a better bridge, Test or Eq(200mg/wk)...We all know the effects of test at that dose ie HRT....but what about Eq(raises red blood cell count, appetite, good for joints etc.)

If You were gonna do one or the other...which one & why...?
 
Neither..."Bridging" with either of them means that your not coming off.
200mg/Week is not HRT, its a low dose cycle.

If you're gonna REALLY bridge, bridge with some low volume intense
consistent training and a high protein diet...if you're gonna be a lab
rat u can "bridge" with some peptides

But if it makes you happy, id choose Test from your stupid set of choices?
Why? Because EQ will shut you down during what you call a "bridge".
Yes EQ has many positive effects, but it still shuts you down. EQ is not
meant to be ran alone.

a bridge is usually test of some kind, at least this is the concensus from people i know. usually a bridge is mininally an HRT dose, usually double.

personally i dont agree with using a bridge, in fact the name bridge should be changed to crutch. it just means you never come off. it doesnt matter what name you apply to it, or the fact that its a lower dose, you are still on! why not save the stuff you would have used for the 'bridge' and take a break?
 
id say test bro. 200-250/wk. I used primo once before and didnt like it as a bridge
 
Legitamate question, when is the last time you had bloodwork done? Some need to stay on low dose test, because of deficiancy. Do you know if you have that, or maybe your test is too high? HRT are the only that need it year around, do your self a favor and give your body a break.
 
Good point Pesty...well here goes...My friend(cough cough) hasn't had bloodwork in he can't remember how long...but just got off a 6wk cycle(not a heavy cycle either)...but hasn't run one in 6-8months B4 that & was off cold turkey, so he'd like to keep the gains he just made, who knows maybe actually compete again in 09'
 
If you are coming off of a cycle, more than likely your hermatocrit is high (red blood cell count). EQ will only make that worse.

In my opinion, Eq is just pointless... 200 -250 mg of test would be much better. unless you want to try it. did you get good results last time you used eq?

EQ will also keep you shut down. I would run the test, its more like what your body prouduces natty and will hold your gains between cycles. But try to remember when you are on you are on period, your natty test will not recovor unless you come off.

IMO, I think you will keep gaining, when you don't always supress your test levels, hence giving your body a break. I like this, 12 weeks of AAS, 3 weeks PCT, 6 weeks of totally off. Incorporate a good, clean diet, training and you will continually make gains all year around. Yes, you will lose some, but most of that is water. At close to 49, I can get HRT all year around, this is what I tell my doctor to adminstrate to me, and I am making good progress, of course I do not cheat on my Diet, I eat clean all year.
 
Do you think for older guys running an HRT dose would be better than trying to run PCT and coming off the gear all together? Wouldnt it be harder on the system coming completely off as you get older?
