Bridging cycles

can any one give some adive on bridging cycles...
like what gear to use or past experiences
 
I would say no one under 25 should bridge. If you are under 25 just cycle.
 
Imo either bridge with supps as Alin suggested or use peptides (HGH, IGF, slin)

never try to bridge with AAS if you really want to recover the HPTA.

My advice would be to take time off and recover naturally, bridging doesn't make any since to me (JMO)

no bridging with aas. you'll be on trt by 35.
 
100-250mg test ew between cycles. but dont expect to recover during this time. my test is a bit low any way go i could give 2 shits about pct, loose my gains due to low test? im better off with 125mg-200mg E or cyp every week. for 8-10weeks between cycles of hight amounts.

this is not for every one.
if you bridge i say use lowdose test not orals and that stuff.
just how i feel. :)

and remember if your diets shit your shit. in a blunt way ;-)

creatine is an excellent bridge protocol.
 
It seems that the pros say if you plan on competing, you should never get completely off, at least not test.
 
hmm, I am over 40, my natural test is probably low average to low.

My results from a test only cycle have been extremely good although I seem to have peaked in weight gain around 9 weeks @ 600 mg / day.

I'm going to do a full pct and see if I can hold most of the muscle and then concentrate on getting my bodyfat down around 10% before I take another serious run a gaining size.

I don't think I've exceeded my "natural limit" but I am currently at the highest bodyweight/strength (outside of my damn shoulders).

I am very much considering a 200mg/week bridge but won't decide till after I see how/whether I am successful with my PCT this time.
