igf-1, peptides, or ive heard 200mg test little hcg and clomid does well..

Bridging is a bad idea IMO because its not a true PCT of coures and even taking just a small amount of Winstrol or other steroid is going to supress your natural test. Its a great way to shut yourself down for life. I cruised for a bit over a year and my HPTA never recovered. Im on HRT for life now.

Youre better off doing a real PCT or if youre going to cruise you need to just go on 100mg/wk test. If you do cruise or bridge just be prepared to be shut down for a very long time or possibly lifetime.

well, using GH while off the steroids will help you out for sure. The thing is, GH is such a long term thing that I would just be on it 365 days a year. Just use a low dose of 2 IU/day.

Yes, I agree, been on for about 4 months now, loving it. I do beleive in the "time on=time off theory". I've just been feeling so great and loving my physique. I do plan to come off then, really tighten up diet and proper legal supps and a tad bit of G.

If you want to be as healthy as possible while using steroids and still retain your own natural test production then time on=time off is the only way to go as far as I am concerned. Its a tough pill to swallow though because you will lose muscle when you go off. There is no way to avoid losing some of your gains, but in the long run youre better off because you can try and retain some of your health. Even when cycling on and off there is no guarantee you wont have health problems but your chances of being somewhat healthy are much more.
