Bringing up front delts

Any thoughts on how to bring these up when chest is bigger than delts throwing off proportion?

It's easy to bring up side delts with more frequency or volume but don't hear much about people trying to bring up the front when chest obershadows the delts

Oh press is usually considers the best mass builder but not really an exercise that's easy on the joints that you want to do 4x a week unless it's high reps

Thoughts on front raises, or bringing up the front delts specifically? Increased volume on shoulder day, or hit them multiple days a week with isolation? A big chest with small delts isn't a very aesthetically pleasing look :(

Front raise is the only exercise really
Dumbbell or cable

I mean, honestly, not a lot of people even have this problem in general.
Every pressing exercise hits your front delts.
If anything, i'd switch to incline bench only instead of flat.

I've honestly never seen a physique with too much chest and weak front delts.
Pic please.

Dumbbell front raises, straight bar front raises. Upright rows, as well.

I wish it was easy to bring up side delts lol.

Also I wouldn't be over training a muscle 4 days a week for growth

Increased volume isn't the solution - if what you're doing hasn't worked, doing more of it won't change that.

You probably already do unilateral dumbbell or cable front raises, but you need to do them better. Picture the letter A in front of you - as your arms raise, they should follow the incline to the peak of the A. That's how I feel it best.

Squeeze the front delt through the ROM to make your arms raise. If you have a poor mind-muscle connection here, practice a crab most muscular - pretty easy to see the front delts and feel them squeeze in that pose.

I like 10-12 reps on most shoulder movements.

Don't be the foolish person just swinging 30-40-50lb. dumbbells up - your muscles aren't developed enough to use that much weight. I do front raises at the end and rarely go over 35lbs.

If you want your front delts to grow, you have to focus on fatiguing those muscles with quality reps. Squeeze on concentric, stretch on eccentric, repeat.

I do shoulder presses in diff incline positions and it helps. Incline lateral raises target some ant delt. Try em

for me... incline dumbell press lol that exercise doesnt hit my "upper chest" at all. all front delt move.
but in all seriousness any dumbell press will work mainly front delt imo and front raises may help some but prob is you cant go real heavy on that kinda exercise.
my front delts r prob literally the best body part on me so i am no help
-F

Front raises with bar palms turned up Im not a BB Im more of a all around guy but Ive served with freaks. Shoot, move, comms built like Tiger tanks Ive seen and done this delts will respond

Biggest mistake i see people making for shoulder work is using to much weight. When doing front raises, if you cannot hold the weight in front of you for a second its too much weight. You need to be able to focus on using your front delts, do not swing the weight around. Hope this may help a little, but it may not even apply to you.

I think you are victim of negative thinking/dysmorphia.

It's virtually impossible to mess up your aesthetics because your chest is bigger than your front delts.

I mean, even small side delts compared with a massive chest still isn't necessarily going to create "bad" aesthetics.

Obviously, big side delts can make someone more aesthetic. And big front delts look great in certain poses, like the rear double bicep and the crab most muscular.

But I don't think anyone is going to think you look bad because your chest overpowers your front delts.

Now the opposite problem can look bad. Think, Lee Priest. Big front delts, flat chest. Not a great look.

Yeah I was kinda thinking the same thing.
