Any thoughts on how to bring these up when chest is bigger than delts throwing off proportion?
It's easy to bring up side delts with more frequency or volume but don't hear much about people trying to bring up the front when chest obershadows the delts
Oh press is usually considers the best mass builder but not really an exercise that's easy on the joints that you want to do 4x a week unless it's high reps
Thoughts on front raises, or bringing up the front delts specifically? Increased volume on shoulder day, or hit them multiple days a week with isolation? A big chest with small delts isn't a very aesthetically pleasing look
