Omay, Im doing a CKD for the first time. Been lifting for 30 plus years. All is well, losing fst feeling good. When I get to target weight, I was going to start going back up on cals and carbs at refeed time. I was gonna add a little LGD 4033 in the mix. A dude at the gym (theres always THAT guy) well call him A-bro-ham (lol) who does ckd said to add it now even though I am in a deficit...which goes against everything I know. Abroham says the lgd wil make my refeeds work better, and I will still build do to nitrogen retention properties and I will continue losing fat. Sounds like bad bro science to me..but Im new to a ckd diet....so.....is this guy as big of a douche nozzle I suspect, or is there merit to this?
