she is my training partner, and we have been training together for 7 months.

30lb db curls.
45lb dbpress.
sets of 15 multiple sets of chinups.
and the kicker...fremotion mach plate loaded hack squat...6 plates per side for 8 reps.
all of these exercises in perfect form.
now heres the kicker...5'3" 107lb....11%bf!!!
yup thats right,a tiny bulgarian beast!!!!
i owe all the great training sessions to her for the last 7 months.
and yes she is from bulgaria...that place where the secret program came from w leo costa.
please be kind to her.
