hmmmm I dunno? Her PWO drink doesn't sound that bad honestly. In the larger context if she dropped some carbs at breakfast (like those pieces of toast!) then she could stick with her PWO drink...its good protein, healthy fats, and fructose (from the OJ) + good vitamins. Not bad at all imo.

I drink a tuna + OJ shake also every day...its about big picture...daily macros.

I suggest you track your calories like in fitday.com (online site)...track for a week or so and then start cutting some calories strategically (cut like 300 cals at first).

That is a very nice site!!!!in after 3 meals, from my bf till my lunch, I had eaten only 539 calories with 3 more meals to go through the day!!! But I'll to try to cut more carb.

I had to change my diet too, even from what I thought was a good diet, but was not loosing weight before I joined PM...I received lots of help, and free advise, but worked with Phil Hernon on here, and really transformed from ok, shape wise, to having lean muscle and competing on stage..

You will get alot of good advise, but try to figure out what works for you...meaning how your body reacts when you adjust or start your program...Phidias gave you some really good info...

I too was eating too many carbs..and even the good carbs can keep you from loosing if taking in too much, or the wrong kinds for you.
