Whats up guys,,I just wanna THANK each n Everyone of yall for accepting me into the family here at PROMUSCLE....Its been a great experience so far...Alot of cool people here an a ton of supporters...With 1 week before the BIG SHOWDOWN in ATLANTA,I WANTED TO WISH EVERYONE ON HERE COMPETING,THE BEST OF LUCK...This show is shaping up to be AWESOME...Al the weight classes are LOADED an Alot of talented Athletes competing...Im currently 280lbs an been eating PROTEIN N VEGGIES the last 4 weeks....I will begin my carb up as I leave for Atlanta Wed...Heres my last pic from today for those who cant make the show...To all others going,Come up an introduce yourself at the show n have a safe trip...

Thnx guys for the support..Its been a great yr for me an also a long grueling yr..I been dieting all yr an this will be my 4th show...OUCH...But I save my best for last...I couldnt be any happier with the package Im bringing to the NATIONALS..Nobody will outmuscle me thats for sure an I will be bringing SHAPE,SIZE N SYMETRY....I havent even began to carb up yet or cut my water..Im just gonna cruise into the show as my homework is done..Good Luck to all competing here at PROMUSCLE...Here is my pics of me 5 days out,..ENJOY...Your support is greatly APPRECIATE..Without the FANS,I wont be the BSA I AM TODAY an I THANK YOU..

Thnx guys..Im there now..I appreciate all the positive feedback,..Im leaving Wed an will begin carbn up but nothn major....The homework is done an all I gotta do now is dry out an cut water....Heres another shot from today...Gonna finish off strong an let the Judges decide who should be the next PRO..I will be the Biggest in the show but bringn SHAPE,SIZE AN SYMETRY an most importantly THAT WOW FACTOR....ITS GONNA BE A AWESOME SHOW..CANT WAIT...If any of you guys are going,Dont be afraid to stop me n introduce yrselves...
