Some inaccuracies, but better by far than the advice given by muscle board members.
A decent place to begin to get an understanding of short cycles, androgenic vs anabolic compounds and cycles, and the huge importance of PCT.
It really is a crap book. ALR is a moron & a joke!!!
I disagree, it is full of mis information, and rubbish, if I had time I could sit here and go though it page by page, as much of it is provably wrong.
I think it is a dangerous book for people who don't know better, as they will follow this bollocks, assuming the author knows what he is talking about, which he clearly does not.
It says that Tren will keep you lean forever! If only.

This comment is based, no doubt, on yuor extensive review of medical and scientific literature so that yuo know exactly where and why the author is wrong; which mechansims he's made mistakes in explaining, right?
That's really good because with alarming frequency the people on muscle boards don't have the education to evaluate what they read, and so end up believing a mongrel mix of things quoted on boards, in magazines, from the big guys at there gym, and...well, just about anyplace except the scientific literature.
Glad to see that's not the case here!
