Not a bad book. He overcomplicates the things in my opinion but still a good read. If interested pm me, i think i can find the link from where i downloaded it.

Worthless book. I have a hard copy of it. Most of the advice he gives is not really going to do the average guy any good.

These are two different books. I have BTPB and Honestly thouht it was a waste of money. Anabolics 2009 I wouldnt mind getting my hands on. Last year I bought was many years ago.
