Bulgur: Natural Weight-Loss Food

Anybody eat this stuff ?

It is a staple in Mediterranean dishes.

I myself am Armenian decent and this was used 3-4 times a week at my home growing up.

I just had it last night with the wife with chiken breast and sparked my childhood growing up.

My Wife never had it and found the taste and texture much better then rice.

A much better alternative to rice / brown rice and tastes much better, but I am bias.

i saw a small box online at walmart for $16+..I'll pass on that. Rather have a 2lb filet of beef BBQ med rare for that price...LOL

It is more expensive then rice though.

Grew up with that stuff. We actually call it a type of pilav (rice). Usually involved in our eggplant, lamb, meat stew dishes.

Maybe we can find it cheaper somewhere else

I get it at albertsons or sprouts for $5-6
