Anybody eat this stuff ?
It is a staple in Mediterranean dishes.
I myself am Armenian decent and this was used 3-4 times a week at my home growing up.
I just had it last night with the wife with chiken breast and sparked my childhood growing up.
My Wife never had it and found the taste and texture much better then rice.
A much better alternative to rice / brown rice and tastes much better, but I am bias.
Check out the nutritional profile.
I am sure the Mediterranean folks on this board know exactly what I am talking about !
