Dropped to 245 mid week before some big Refeeds to hit 249 for the weekend.
Held that till this Tuesday after having Monday off, lifting and Blasting.
Then Bam! 244 Wednesday, 242 yesterday and 240 this AM!
750 test, 1000 Primo. 50 mg drol AM, 20 mg Tbol PM while keeping my micros high!

How is your water intake? And the temperature is it getting 85+ you TanBoy! The same thing happens to me during this time of year no cardio needed my job is my cardio I up the water & calories and can be lose with what I eat, more cheats but most definitely more water. Waters Good 1/2 gallon easy plus 3-4 gatorades which I mix in my 50-75 Grams Whey Isolate and 2 iso-pures with carbs plus a Cocatien..
Then, like last night: a bacon cheeseburger w cheese fries and a monster chocolate shake from Portillos then 1/2 gallon of milk!!!

Trying to keep from Bloating by nailing heavy Macros.

Pre-Show: 30 Hbcds, 50 whey iso, some Nitros with another Tbol and Winny!
