Bulk or cut:Cycle question

Just wondered what some of the more experienced AAS users or researchers thought was the best time to run a cycle and by this i mean during bulk or cut? Now i know you can run cycles all year round 12 on 12 off or however you prefer to split and really it depends on you diet and training, recovery etc. as to what you achieve during a cycle. Now although im asking its more for research at the moment as IMO im too small to start using AAS (210lbs @ 15%) and believe i can gain at least another 20lbs or so (obviously over time) before using. But when i do run a cycle i was thinking of doing it whilst cutting and having a reduced calorie diet, to keep size and maybe put on a few lbs of muscle whilst loosing fat and was thinking bout running a cycle of:

1-4 anapolon or Dbol 35-50mg ed
1-8 sust 500mg pw
1-8 deca 400mg pw
9-12 winstrol 50mg ed
9-12 test prop 100mg eod
13+ pct nolva 40mg then down to 20mg after 2 weeks

maybe also run HCG from week 3 but need to find out more about mixing it first.

bulk or cut what do you prefer?

Also how does that cycle look? I would be keeping enough nolva for 40mg ed throughout incase of gyno. May also add 50mg clomid to PCT.

With you being at 15% bf... I think your best bet is to try to get a tad leaner (using just diet and cardio, first) before doing any type of cycle...I dont know how old you are, of if you have ever used any gear at all...But, to me it seems that with you being only around 210lbs and being that your bodyfat is pretty high right now...You should just focus more on diet and training..before thinking about doing any type of cycle...

As for your question...If I could only do one cycle a year and for only 12 weeks at a time...then it would be during a leaning out stage (or getting ready for a show)...I think I could bulk up without gear (or for that matter, get pretty lean without it) But yes, you would hold on to alot more muscle, than if you did it clean..

im 22 now used some gear before when 18 but like most i didn't have a clue what i was doing and just thought it was the quick way to get huge. I was very niave about AAS and nutrition tbh and i dont mind admitting that. I feel as though in a couple of years with my diet and low volume high intensity training (or different depending on platuea's) i can get to bout 230 with the same BF as now unaided. But just wanna make sure i have alot of research and info this time and know exactly what im doing and why im doing it.
 
Ok fair enough...What you should probably do then is focus right now on getting leaner for the next 4 week (or until your around 10% bf) then bulk up to 225-230 before...Starting on a cycle to cut down...

Have to agree with Chris250

If you feel that you can gain more without it then do it, I have a harder time gaining than losing, so I use it for both. But I do know that trying to diet and do cardio without aas will make you real small real fast. I used to do that back in my Natty days, then DC and Big A told me that aas helps a lot of guys keep a lot more muscle while dieting and now I won't diet without it.
