It stinks having to take a deep breath before you bend over to quickly tie your shoes.

haha that's me. that's the thing that annoys me the most.

It sucks. I can't fucking reach my neck and back anymore. Have to use a fucking loofah on a stick when showering. i can no longer reach my gluteus medius for injections. Sitting on normal people chairs becomes painful after about 10 min (glutes are still somewhat lean). Oh yeah, when taking a crap, I have to wipe from the front now lol. Lift the package up with one hand and go to work with the other one.

At 265 pounds it was a bitch trying to tie my shoes. And I couldn't reach back to buckle my seatbelt without using my other arm to push my elbow back to reach it

That happens to me all the time. I am sat there for 3 minutes trying to find the buckle

Although some of you guys are just inflexible. Granted being big goes against that but you can still take steps to prevent it getting really bad. Obviously if someone is 300 pounds at 5ft 6 then they are just fucked but for the rest of us it shouldn't be bad if you keep on top of stretching and flexibility.

I have lower back issues so I stretch my back, hips and glutes after every training session. When I do upper body/push I also stretch my chest and shoulders all the time. I even do some yoga poses for the hip/leg stretches and they are great. I can nearly do the splits and I am quite flexible. Although I could do more so I will check out that you-tube channel. Thanks for posting.

Sorry dude - had a bad vision there... I have always been pretty flexible - not sure why cause I don’t stretch with any consistency. But at my wieght and height and almost 50 - I can still hit a tow touch.
Yeh - why would I know that I get it. About 12 year ago my daughter got into competitive cheer. One day I don’t know why I figured it looked easy so I did it at practice... so it turned into the freak show for her friends. Just did it last that’s their graduation...
not to long I have that left in me - I hear a cracked tail bone ain’t not joke.
