Hey guys, I started PCT a few days ago after a fairly long cycle.
It was a recomp mostly, got down to around 8% BF. I'm 5'10" 185lbs. My question is, I obviously want to keep my gains and I'd like to begin my "winter bulk" (cliche, but it's applicable)...but how much is too much?
I track my calories and from reading around the net, people say 3500 for a guy my size to gain weight. The problem is, even with 4k Calories, I'm still pretty darn hungry before bed. I've tried spacing meals out and intermittent fasting, Im just hungry?
Should I go with the flow and eat when I feel this way? Or is that the path to gaining fat, since I'm not on anything right now?
