Weeks 1-6 500mg test eth, 50mg drol, 600 mg eq week, 100mg tren eod
Weeks 7-10 1g test eth, 800 mg eq ,100 mg eod tren
Weeks 11-16 1000g test 1000g eq

3 x doses day 6 iu slin
1 adex. Ed
 
how many cycles have you done??

while that is a sound cycle (bout 2x more than needed:rolleyes:) if your not taking in the nutrients to support the kind of muscle that amount of drugs should need then it won't work

This. Heavy cycle unless you're seasoned.. eat more, use less gear, see more results
 
I do not know how many cycles but I have been hitting juice since 2005. I am 5' 11 215 today. Do not know my bf. But I just competed in the stingray classic in Hi on apr 6. So i am lean. So should I cut the tern, test and eq in half. Never done a cycle that big

Cut the cycle down. Eat more. Train heavier bro.

Not sure what your usage has been like the last few weeks but if it were me and i had been on for a couple months then id back the dose down and cruise a little while , get blood work done , donate blood make sure all my duck are in a row then increase the dose , jump to 400 test and 400 EQ , bump your cals to 3800-4000 of clean food , get one a good training regiment like DC or Mountaindog1's and see what that does for you after 6-7 weeks if you stop making gains (which i doubt) up the dose a little maybe 100mg each.
No since is bailing off balls deep into a huge cycle , make your gains nice and steady , its easier on your body as far as injuries and easier on your body from the drug stand point.
Unless your prone to gyno i wouldnt worry about the adex at all , maybe a low dose nolvadex if you bloat bad cause its not as hard on your stsyem or liver.

Yep , im some 50 pounds heavier and been using for 10 years longer and i still dont get to 2 grams when im at my highest

Yep many people still dont get the significance of how important and KEY food is. Its the biggest anabolic, mix it in with the right gear and the right training and you have one big mofo!!

Nothing is truer.. you can always tell the average juicer from the smart one. I have a friend who cycles, done probably 4, he's pretty lean and decently strong, but always stays around 175 max. Usually drops to about 165 or less off cycle.. at about 6ft.. he has no xlue how to eat.
 
yes I was going to take in 4g calories of clean food on training days. Do you guys take in less calories on non training days? If you do do you keep your protien the same and lower the carbs?

Shoot for calories 20xlb of bw and you'll ensure to be gaining for the most part.. protein high. At least 1-1.5g per lb. And I eat the same on days off from the gym. You need just as much recovery
 
in the off season when I'm "bulking" per say I shoot for 75g Protein , 50g Carbs and 20g fat per meal and normally get 7 meals someday only 6.

all carbs are from fruit and yams , all fat from beef and eggs almost all protein from chicken , beef , eggs and fish , every now and then a shake. I generally cut my carbs out for the last couple meals.

as far as doses , I generally off during off season for a couple months the. 200mg test , I ramp the dose up during prep.
though this next year I may just stay on test and maybe some other mild compound to "cruise" on through off season
