Hey guys, looking for a little advice.
I'm 6'0 210 26yrs
been training full on for 4 yrs but started training at 18 with a little less intensity.
this will be my 3rd cycle, haven't done one in over a year:
4wks dbol 30mgs/day
10weeks test e 600mgs/wk
10weeks eq 600mgs/wk
also have 1mg tabs of aridex & pct on hand.
i've never done dbol & want to avoid puffy cheeks as much as possible due to my job... would you recommend starting on .5mg of adex ed right from the get go or wait it out and see how it goes?
Also, can someone with some experience give me some recommendations for target daily sodium & carb intake? im going to stick to a very strict diet throughout but was hoping someone had some numbers to shoot for with those.
