This is a really misinformed and uneducated plan.
Eating in excess of both fats and carbs will not give you optimal results. You'll end up simply just getting fat, and becoming hormonally imbalanced with reduced insulin sensitivity.
Too often I see the phrase 'I'm bulking'... and in reality is just about wanting to eat a lot, and have an acceptable catch phrase for it.
Just as cutting need a plan, gaining mass does too...
Not just increasing food and guessing.
Most end up with way too much excess bodyfat, and not much for gains. Just because your shirt size becomes XXL, under that fat you're still a schmedium
