Ive dieted the whole summer now looking to put on some more weight. When I first started lifting and trying to put on size I ate like complete sh*t everyone said if you want to grow eat alot and I took it literally ate everything. After a couple of years and two shows later I want to stay leaner in the offseason but still put on some good size. How does this look, I am 5'6 currently 212 when I wake up in the morning.

60 gram shake with 1/2 cup oats in the shake

3 whole eggs 5 egg whites one cup oats 1/3 cup rasins and 2 slices of wheat bread

9 ounces red meat either 93/7 ground beef of top round with 7 ounces sweet potatoe slice of wheat bread

train - take 5 grams creatine b4 w 200 mg caffeine pill

post work out shake 60 gram shake 5 gram creatine 5 gram glutamine with grape juice and 8 ounces yogurt

10 ounces chicken breast and either 2 cups of brown rice or 2 cups of wheat pasta

then whatever is left over maybe a small chicken breast of more red meat

before bed 60 gram shake with peanut butter and fishoil


I take a multivitam
fish oil
zinc
calcium

Im also running 250 mg test cypionate a week in a week or so I would like to take either 500 or 750mg of sustanon a week with 400 mg of deca. Not sure on the test dose yet any suggestions.

Since starting my bulking diet ive went from 198 to 212 with veins in my lower abs still and flat stomach so its going pretty good so far.


If I want to get to like 220 when I wake up in the morning should I eat more food or will throwing in more test and deca shoot my weight up?

Any info is appreciated
