hey guys

im trying to do a lean bulk whilst limiting fat gain

im running atm

test e 750mg
winny 100mg ed
tren a 50mg ed

MY TDEE - 3182

I will be running 2 diets, one on training days and one on rest days and I will post them both up. Aiming for 500 calorie surplus on training days and 250 surplus on rest days. Also aiming for 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight as Big A suggests in his growth principles article.

TRAINING DAYS (MON, WED, THURS, SAT)

Meal 1 - PROTEIN/CARB/FAT

70 grams WPI
160g oats
1 tbsn honey and blueberries
1 tbsn flax seed oil

Pro/Carb/Fat = 69/116/14

Meal 2 - PROTEIN/FAT

128 grams of tuna
30 grams Casein

Pro/Carb/Fat = 55/0/16

Meal 3 - PROTEIN/CARB (PREWORKOUT)

225g kangaroo steak
260g sweet potato
1 cup spinach
40g Waxy Maize

Pro/Carb/Fat = 57/93/0


Meal 4 - PROTEIN/CARB (POSTWORKOUT)

70g WPI
100g Waxy Maize

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? SHOULD I INCREASE CALORIES OR DECREASE OR ALL GOOD?
 
im thinking calories are a bit low on my rest day..should i perhaps up them to around 350?

Body fat - 11%

Then I say hold up with that gear! You're gonna throw on 10-15 pounds easily with the test at 300-500mg.. add after you plateau. Why do you wanna gain some now and plateau with a large number of AAS? Think down the road how much you'll have to keep increase if you wanna grow. Slowly increase, man.

Also, do you know for sure you're gonna gain off that amount of food? I wouldn't rely on a formula to tell me how much to eat. You're gonna have to adjust those calories yourself actually to see how much you need to start gaining. Those formulas don't always factor in people with fast/slow metabolisms.

Also, consider side effects. What if you get acne and your hair starts falling out? How are you going to deduce from that which one is giving you the sides when you started all three at the same time?

That's a lot of gear for someone your size. How long have you been using super supplements for? Are you a competitor?
 
Yes, fair amount of AAS there for those stats.

Way too much gear in my opinion, and you are only wasting.

Drop test to 500mg a week and change the tren dosing to EOD.
Drop the winny and save it for when youre trying to cut.

X3 or even lower, and progressively up the cals, more food less fillers.

i dropped test to 500mg as of now and changed tren to eod. also dropped the winny.
 
you may want to keep the ED pinning of tren. People seem to be in somewhat of a consensus that ED pinning results in less sides than EOD...at least if you're prone to sides...some even pin 2x/day.
