Bulking Diet

What is your mg dosage of cialis pre workout? I have just ran into a bunch and wanting to take it pre workout just unsure of protocal.

I personally take 5mg every morning on w/o days.. works perfect. Fantastic pump every time

Not at all. Occasionally I've taken 10mg and if I eat a lot of food and my stomach is kinda bloated my nose will be a little stuffy, other than that never a problem! Love it!
 
Hey gunsmith got a question for you. I been startin a new diet tryin to lose bf. I am carb sensative i eat 50g of carbs and im bloated as a beached whale so i diet with a keto diet. I eat lil carbs tho oats in the mornin and pre workout. I been havin a problem stayin to my diet which is not perfect right now cause of work schedule but once i get home i just cant stop eatin. U have any 0 carb snacks besides almonds maybe i could try?

Whatever floats his boat lol. Its wasteful though, 5mg is plenty. My pumps are ridiculous. Its like being on dbol or bombs always, and accompanied with them its too much.. plus tadalafil has a half life of something like 3 days, so the buildup of the half lives at 5mg on w/o days is more than enough

I think the best diet to add on quality, solid and lean mass is to leave the word "bulk" out of the phrase...
