will be cutting starting tommorow, actually should have started two days ago but had mexican yesterday and a big ass T bone today. Will be dropping from 234 14% bf to hopefully 205 lean. Currently cruising on 250mgs Test E weekly. My plan is the lower volume and increase intensity. Increase intensity for me means smaller rest periods, jumping rope between rest periods supersets, burnout sets etc decreasing time of overall workout. Cardio will be low intensity either eliptical or stairs 3 times a week increasing to 4 as i lose weight. Abs on off cardio days. Maldorf made a great point that im going to incorporate this time around, reducing calories by 250 weekly porportional to weight.
