Bumped test up from 160mg to 420mg. Sleep has gone to shit

Been going on for like 10 days. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it get better? I got up at 330 this morning because I was sick of fighting it
 
Steroids may not be for you my man…those are rookie numbers. Unless you mean daily.
 
Why the odd numbers to begin with...Seems like strange dosing to me?!

I noticed as I have gotten older (52) this happens to me as well. In my case it doesn’t get any better. I have to use 100mg of trazadone every night plus 10mg melatonin. And I’m not using heavy doses either 250mg/test Cyp and 150mg/deca a week
 
Falling asleep? Waking up multiple times?, Waking up and not being able to fall back asleep? Walking up too early? Sleeping all night but not feeling well rested?

Explain a bit more and someone might be able to chime in.

Go down to 70mg per week, with 300mg Humanofort, you will sleep like a baby.
 
I had this the entire time on my last blast with test at 500mg but I’m usually not the best sleeper anyway. Now that I dropped to 250mg a week I can easily sleep 8 sometimes even 12 hours straight. So it’s not only you
 
my current load is very high (for ME), with 400E/250Mas. I have noticed increased in BP and sleep is horrendous on non-training nights. However, if I get a workout in or if I have a day of high activity levels, then I sleep like the dead.
My usual load would be more like TRT type levels with no more than 200mg test weekly with usually 100mg of deca or eq/bold. Very low amounts but it held my weight and condition pretty well and allowed me to still train pretty hard and recover well.
 
Androgen hit the nervous system. Tren is bad but test Def hits it too. Move up more slowly, get used to it, just a random phase, body changed and less tolerant.

Tren hits me but if I increase gradually starting from 200 then it's very manageable.

I know I sound like a shill for this stuff but I have to say humanofort works excellently for my all already well-being, to include sleep.
