The start would definitely only be HRT . I’m 58 and been very spotty for last year and half.

Spinal stenosis, 5 blown discs , knee replacement and both hips replaced.

Just be coming on kind of saying hello daily, talking about daily life challenges and such. Far from anything spectacular, but maybe inspire some older members to push it once again. Maybe learn some things about each other ?
 
Okay finally got my Hrt restarted just 250 mg testosterone split during week a half Sunday morning and a half CC Wednesday morning. Yesterday I was able to go did chest

Flat bench bar-12 135-10 155-8 185-6. 225-4. 135-18
Incline bar-12 65-10 95-8 135-6
Flys with cable 25 a side 10 30-10 35-8

That’s it like to get in and get done. No fluff

Headed out after dinner tonight will update with tonight’s

Headed to gym. Really need to figure a workable schedule out. Whether it’s early AM and just pushing forward till I get used to it or later in evenings. No secret I have trouble with consistency

No cardio . Though I am sure if I would add even some extra walking time, more than I am accustomed too, I would probably lean out some. Currently trying to just work on building any more muscle mass I am able to.

Drives me nuts when dudes are using 3 sets of bells… and 3 machines at a time WTF

Due to this I was forced into an all machine chest work out … extremely disappointed

Okay Wednesday was church choir . Today the girl is taking me out for a nice dinner. Decided I think I want to try to look for for the Christmas season so that’s giving me ample time. Gonna start adding a little cardio EOD or so at first then increase time and frequency. Not looking to getting shredded or insane massive but an athletic look. Where the abs are visible and some veins popping . I think that’s realistic
 
Update as to why…of course miscommunication with Dr and pharmacy… been several weeks without several meds . This is what lead to my. Complications . Hoping I feel up to gym for a late night after some more rest 😡

Good that it's all resolved now...time to rest up and GROW!
