i can only give you advice based upon my results and testing which worked for me..

200mcgs 2 days week
i shoot 2-3 hours before i train
1st shoot on chest-triceps-shoulder day
2nd shoot on quad-hams-calves day

i eat 300 grams protein (3 shakes 3 meals)
1 eat 400-500 grams carbs whole natual based slow acting except 1 drink pre-training 125grams
20 grams glutimine
BCAA's
liquid aminos
kreaklyn
