Im also a groomsmen in my buddy's wedding 3 weeks later. I'm using a rental for his. I"m going to look like a walking refrigerator.

If you have to train. Custom is the only way to go. Unless you dont mind looking like a jackass. I can use mine for work later so its not that big of a hit

Just an update on my end.

I had to get MULTIPLE suits/tuxes for some events and my own wedding.
I recently got good deals on 2 tuxes (52L) for the jacket and then had them do some SERIOUS tailoring to bring the pants in. Those were straight off the rack stuff. These were for a gala event and someone else's wedding. I got some good deals too. Mid $400s for a tux and alterations.

As for my own wedding, im going full custom. Much more expensive but itll be worth it.

I think that the idea of marriage - two people being in love forever, is the most beautiful thing in this world.


however in practice, this is not always the case.
