Buying gear before the internet came along in 80s and 90s?

yea, I remember Humatrope being available at the graneros in Mexico. I was young at the time and not interested in GH, but at that time no one on the boards was using more than a couple iu (at least from what I saw), and I wasn't aware of how amazing it was (no gym rat I knew was aware either). I don't remember the exact price, but it was per 14iu.... something like $100 I want to say. That would equate to almost $1k for a comparable amount of chinese GH today.
I still miss those times, I had access to human grade test, Schering Primo, Norma Deca, and human grade D-bol for ridiculously cheap prices.
I would drop all my current connections in a flash for those products at those prices, that is all I would ever run. I am in love with pharm grade stuff though.

GH in the 90's

Was much did GH go for back in those days?

I remember it was still a bit hard to get GH then because the only growth we new of was human grade and had to stay cold. Believe it or not we had a friend that bought gear and he worked at the children's hospital. Well they got their supply once a month and he turned into a Bad coke head. So he comes over one night with 750 kits of Lilly growth he stole that just came and wanted us to sale it so he could get coke. We started selling it wholesale at 375 a kit back then. It took a year to sale it all cause people just didn't have the money. By the time we were done I think we were getting 100-150 a kit cause the coke head just needed the money. After all that was gone we never seen old boy again. I heard he had passed, but I personally don't know. It was very expensive at the time though I do remember that, but it was the best. Still shrink wrapped and in the coolers it was delivered in.

Did you ever see the movie "Midnight Express"? Well that's the way it was done in pre-historic times. My butt still hurts from all the gear that was up there.
