Gavin, i know u highly reccomed 10iu post workou 3x per week for bulking. Also whether the shot is IM or Sub depends on the brand of gh. So for jintropin which is it ?

I do all my pwo injects IM. When dieting I do them all sub-q for a more sustained blood level. PWO I want the fastest uptake possible.
