why do your calories fluctuate so wildly?

Couple weeks later the updates are less and less frequent. Couple weeks later the updates stop completely, usually right around the end of the cycle, and no results are posted.

I think i know what happened, Cachexic was heading to a xmas party feeling shredded and confident, then he got there and he saw this totally hot chick he used to date...but she was there with a big fat guy witha hairy chest and bulging wallet - so he hung out by the fruitcake and christmas cookies, it was one cookie at first, then another, then a ham bacon and cheese sandwich, then there was the baked brie, and the french bread toasts with the goat cheese and tomatoes... the chocolate fondue......

On the way home, he stopped at the 7-11 and bought a 6 pack of regular coke, a whole box of ho-ho's and an extra large nachos..... his truck was found the next morning - run off the road and right into the storefront a Jenny Craig's...................turned out his old gf was banging Santa!

Sorry about the lack of updates. Was real busy with holidays and just didn't get back into it. I got tired of all the logging/posting of nutrients and all that. Shit's tedious.

To be honest I regret making the thread and talking about supplements I'm taking and everything. It's more exposure than I'm comfortable with in retrospect. I realized this a little while ago and attempted to edit out all the times I mention supplements and self-administration and all that but it was just too much to edit so I gave up. I'm sending a moderator a message and requesting that he delete this thread. I'll post the before/afters in Member's Pics forum.

Recently, these past...2 weeks, little over 2 weeks, I've increased my calories, more than doubled my protein, and cut out all carbohydrates. Ketogenic, if you will. Results are good. Happier with this diet than with any other diet I've ever done. No more binges, either. Not one. Satisfied all day since I increased consumption. Guess my blood sugar isn't all over the place now, so I never get those urges.

No no, I actually haven't touched a single piece of junk food or binged a single time since my last post in this thread, with the exception of Christmas when I was with my family. I ate chocolates out of my stocking. A lot of them. That's literally it. I don't get urges to binge anymore since I modified my diet.

EDIT: In case you were wondering exactly what I ate out of the stocking...It was those DELICIOUS fucking Lindt/Lindor chocolate truffle balls or whatever? You all know what I'm talking about? The kinds that taste like fresh pussy? Here let me post a pic.

The keto is just fantastic, leanbody. I know there's a lot of advanced bodybuilders on this forum against the diet for a few reasons, but it's best dietary modification I have ever made. Only wish I had tried it sooner.

I get to eat with none of the bad side effects that carbohydrates give me. Even at night, after a full day of eating, my midsection looks good and tight.

I truly do believe I am cursed when it comes to digesting starches. Talk about listening to your body, shit. I get mad stomach pain when I eat starches. Actually, when I post my after pics, I'm going to also post a picture of what I look like after consuming a not-so-large amount of starches. You wont' be able to tell it's the same body. I lose all muscular definition and my midsection gets so swollen that I appear 9 months pregnant.

And yes, actually, they were milk chocolate on the outside and white chocolate on the inside. I was groaning in ecstasy while eating them.
