Hey boys.
Im not honestly a big water drinker, i have prob one cup of coffee in the morn. kidney function is fine
Now i undertand caffeine can act like a diuretic, but after a cup of coffee i non stop have to go to the toilet every hour to
do a wee for the next 12 hours
And im like thinking i hardly ate much or had much water to drink, where the hell is this urine coming from
Is the water being drawn out from intracelluar or extracelluar muscles/cells/spaces in the body?
In what pathways does caffeine increase diuresis?
Chime in if anyone experiences anything similar
