Have seen Sam Byrd lift several times. He looks like bodybuilder and has competed before in bodybuilding. Also a great guy.

i use to train little with sam and he was an absolute beast. squatting with him was pointless, he'd warm up with 315 and only put belt on around 6 plates. i've kinda lost touch with him over the years but he's really good guy. old pic of us
