Hey everyone.
I want the nutritional benefits of cage free egss, but don't always want to eat them cooked.
Does anyone here blend them raw and drink them like the liquids eggs you can buy in the store?
I was thinking of blending them with grass fed whole milk and then adding a flavoring agent...
Does anyone do anything similar?
My main hang-up (concern) is the texture

thanks

Ive used them in protein shakes no problem just make sure you wash them well dont want ecoli

Their is a big difference between "cage free" and "free range" eggs just because a chicken is not raised in a small cage does not mean it was fed proper food. Free range eggs come from chickens that wander around and eat whatever they can find though I'm sure that they are still fed alot of extra food.
I believe the benefit comes from the added grass that chickens eat as they wonder around grazing.

I'm lucky enough to have access to eggs that come from chickens that spend all day eating whatever they can find duringthe day and are penned up at night to limit predation . The are often given extra food but most of t is things like fruit and vegetable scraps and they will even eat some of the scraps after we clean fish
