i found this on google. i havent tried it though.
ingredients:
4 eggs white ,beaten
1 egg yolk
2/3 cup splenda
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 servings of protein power
2 cups warm milk
combine whisked eggs , sugar, nutmeg or cinnamon ,vanilla, and salt.
Add warm milk a little at a time while whisking, so as not to cook the eggs.
Whisk in protein power a little at a time
When all is blended, pour through a siv into a oiled or Pam 1inch deep tray
Bake at 300 for about 30mins or until a knife or tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean.
