I'm getting old
After a ultrasound, turns out (at 39 yrs old) I have a small tendon tear in my right shoulder along with Calcific tendonitis in the same shoulder.
Apparently this is also caused by (but not 100%) overhead movements and behind the neck press's which I will no longer be doing.
I'm not in standing pain by any means but certain movements I preform outside of the gym (like stirring boiling water in the kitchen) I feel it, especially when I preform side laterals.
Doc prescribed me celebrix for now and to come back in 3 months.
My ask - anyone here had to deal with this before?
If so, is there anything I should be doing / taking to get rid of this?
It's starting to affect my sleep when my shoulder is over my head, I feel the pain bring my right arm back down to my side.
Other then the OBV stretching / easier movements for my shoulder in the gym.
For what it's worth, my blood work thus far is right on point.
Any suggestions is appreciated.
