YOu go to a Leg Press machine and lay w/ you belly on the back pad so opposite how you would for presses. Place your feet so that you toes are hanging off bottom of pad. Then do Calf raises that way. It KILLS your calves. Calves respond to heavy weight and higher reps and high intensity.
