ice might help with the inflammation but uaing hot compresses and massaging will help to disperse to oil into the muscle better. has a lump formed or just swelling?
I rotate between glutes, quads, and delts. This was the first time trying the calf and it's so sore. Guess calves are the worst place to pin some prop. Does anyone know if a foam roller would help to disperse some of the oil/crystals?
