So last night I was doing legs, and did the seated cal press, after two sets at 120 x 10 reps I got up, and noticed my left calf kinda hurting...stretched and went on my way. I was walking out of the gym and planted a certain way around a corner and I felt it again. So I stopped and looked down, I have bruising on my upper calf, right by pit of knee. It is swollen today and kinda hurts, tender to touch. Thoughts? I tried to walk last night and this AM, felt a little weird, like tightening up in that area and almost tingling. So I stopped....
