It's true. There's probably no 360-pound fat person in the world who has weak and small calves. I mean, they might look bad due to their shape (genetics), but they won't be small. In such obese people, the calves are forced to grow so that they can even go to the store for doughnuts; it's simply a body adaptation.I've detailed this before so forgive the redundancy.
I incline walk. That's it. I noticed that my calves grew during a prep where I was doing 2 hours of cardio a day and eating nothing. How? Walking uphill. Not fast. Not hard. Just lots of uphill steps. It was a novel stimuli.
I compare it to people who are heavy. All day long, these people are essentially doing sub-maximal calf volume.
