Calling all Ectos - How many carbs do you cut on?

I'm kind of a ecto-meso type.

I find I lean out best on high carbs and low fat.

When I say high carbs I'm not talking about ice cream and potato chips but white rice and any kind of potatoes.

Breakfast is egg whites and oatmeal.
Lunch is chicken and rice.
Dinner is a lean meat and potato.
Between meals is a scoop of whey and a apple or something.
Everyday I'll have a tablespoon or three of all natural peanut butter almond butter.
