A good friend is looking to start pinning for the first time.

He is 6'2, 208
Muscular, athletic body

about to start a very rigorous training program. It includes 5 training days a week of very high volume, endurance workouts. The workouts will typically last about 8 hrs per day. In need a supplement that will match this output. In need a supplement to provide maximum endurance output as well as increased strength and faster recovery. also need to maintain weight throughout all endurance exercises. looking to take the product for about 3 months

Id say you he doesn't need gear. Why risk it? Not a single person on my wrestling team in college including myself used any gear/prohormones and stayed strong and lean with all that weight cutting and cardio
 
Agree with no need for gear....

IMO...good supplements...L cart....quality protein...BCAAs....etc
 
OP sounded like a riddle we had to solve. L-car IM and B12 IM is all I could think of for that much training. Are you gonna tell us why he's training like this? Def curious

With 8 hours of training, if he take something to put their metabolism through the roof he will pass out if not drink and eat what he really needs. Been there, done that and have learn.
 
There would be no benefit to him taking a test , or even master cycle? And upping the dosages while maintaining an anti Aromasin?

I'm just looking for suggestions

I've been through similar training. Imo anything he takes is going to mess with his endurance. The last time I went through something like that, I maintained 205lbs by eating as much as I could including everything anyone else was throwing out. Everyone who went through with me lost 20-30 lbs. good thing is, if he starts using test when he comes out, he'll blow up because his body will be ready for it. When I don't need my cardio to be that extreme I usually hold at a fairly lean 220-230.
