So long story short, one of my friends had som Cialis tablets made 20mg he handed out some to try among friends and all had the same experience, the tablets where weak and had very little effect, i tried one and yeah the effects where weak then i used a brand i have used before after to try and really feel the difference and it was like night and day, so my friend thought dammit i have been cheated by my supplier, so he sent of a tablet for testing at same place we all test and tablet came back 19,8mg cialis.. so now we are really puzzled.. any ideas as to whats going on ?

No idea but sometimes that stuff hardly works at all, just causes bile/mucus in the stool.

Try increasing nitric production before taking one, so they have more to work with in the blood.

Supposedly lime juice is a good to combine with pde5 inhibitors

Sometimes its how these things go, I'm young but I've taken so many of those things that It isn't some crazy effect - I have better boners in the morning naturally.

Sometimes they could take several hours later to kick in, I'm already asleep - my drug metabolism isn't exactly slow either I feel everything else with a quick onset.

Of course your post is also suggesting another option, about the testing - and nobody will go into that possibility again here because of blind tested samples being sent and apparently having came back with good results.

So, If you doubt the testing - send your own blind samples and see what comes back.

For me caverject/trimix works almost instantly - PT-141 makes me nauseous as hell but gives the most steel hard on ever, I also think once you have used things such as PT-141 several times, things like cialis just aren't going to pack that punch.

The main thing is desire, using pt-141/mt2 and going on and off DOES have the risk of screwing with your sexual desire, without mental stimulation - nothing will work that great.

If you are going to use a pde5 inhibitor i suggest vardenafil/levitra - far superior to cialis/viagra.

Last thing is, stress and power of the mind - If somebody says the tabs are weak and you believe that, well your mind does its best to confirm your belief.

Spit balling here. Any excipients and fillers used? This might affect PK/PD.

Possibly yes. Too heavy of a binder rendering dissociation of the active drug. Pooping it out rather than pissing it out.

Cialis has little effect on me. Viagra works a lot better for me personally.

Long before you tried tab #2 ? Next day?

What tests were done? You really need to know what tests were done and their strengths and weaknesses. If it was just an HPLC analysis the degraded product could co-elute with the main compound.

I'm guessing they had the raw product tested and not the pills itself?

I say this put each one in a shot glass filled with water. see how they break down, you can always drink it later so you don't waste em. Or go with what pickapeck said I think he has a Phd in chemistry.

I use to chew them extensively, just to be sure.
This also once happened with Tramadol tablets from the pharmacy, they went out 100% intact...

Same here. The effects are negligible or worthless both in both the gym and bedroom, even at 2x the dosage. WTF.

As a side note grapefruit juice is ‘supposed’ to potentiate the effect but not for me.

Oh, I take 5md of Cialis for prostate health and Viagra for the prevention of alzheimer's or so says some of the recent literature.

i now find cialis works better for me if i take it ed ( more or less ).
years ago i could take one bigger dose and notice effects for extended time, like 2 days. even though most info says it works in as little as 15 min i generally feel like its about 3 hrs if you have none in your system. seems to work better now with lower doses more regularly.

the pill question is hard to say.
once you start pressing pills you find out why its not as simple as it seems.
if not mixed well the pills can be way off in terms of doses.
binders/fillers/lube's as well as humidity and press can all make a difference.
i generally chew pills up before swallowing.

personally i just eat the powders straight.

maybe there is more to the pills that you like then what you think?

the second tab i had 4 days later, i knew i had to let the "system clear", i still have some of the "0 effect" tabs lying so can give them a second go.
