I was just wondering what the general consensus was when it comes to calories in relation to bulking. my 'normal' intake to maintain is around 3000 with around 1000 coming from protien. how many kcal should i increase this by to put on mass without effecting bodyfat too much. Also whats the best protien, carb, fat ratio and what's the thoughs on having normal, medium and high cal days over the week?
