Calories during diet

How much do you lose during that time any fat burning supplements
I usually never get 10 lbs over my leanest ( which is where I usually am). Prefer to get and stay at a low bodyfat and not have to diet. Haven't used ephedrine in years bit do use gh.
 
Duh. What are we 12. I would never allow myself to get that Fat! I don't know anyone with a high metabolism that gets that fat, including myself. If the person is natural then OK, if he is just chasing weight on the scale. Like I did about 27 years ago, got around mid teens %, still not 18%. Aren't you the one that likes to blast alot? That alone would keep you leaner.
In my experience, after a certain point, the more I took the leaner and stronger I got but not any bigger at the same caloric intake. This was at a time when I would consume 4000-5000+kcal to pack on good weight, not sloppy. One time I increased calories from 5,200 to 5,700, went from 232 to 237 lbs., only lasted two weeks because I couldn't keep it up, the over eating after a while takes a toll. By the way, not a tall guy, only 5'4.
Well you asked a retarded question. If u look at my last pic on the pic thread u would think I'm probably around 10%. But im actually around 18ish. I just only carry the fat in my sromach.
 
I also rebound hard after my cuts. Gain back about 15lbs in just a few weeks.
 
Im not a pro Bodybuilder so I don't do drastic cuts. I maintain about 8% body fat during the year and have been doing so for the last 5 years or so. The highest I'll take my calories is a little above 3000. I typically maintain at around 2800 and if I want to lose a bit of weight I drop to 2500 and add in more daily walks. I'm currently 5'7 185 and train in BJJ so I like to be quick and athletic as well as strong.

You pretty much sound like me. 3k keeps me a lean 185, when I push higher get some fat. A week at 2k gets me right back to where I want to be.
 
The last few times I dieted for a show I started at 1.5g protein , 1/2g fat per pound of body weight and used 200g carbs around training. And start doing 10min cardio every day instead of 3x a week
After 2 weeks recalculate and again every two weeks and add 5 min cardio. Typically after 6-8 weeks I'll drop the carbs down to 100g a day just during training and post workout.
That will get me down pretty well then the cardio and calories really start getting watched and adjusted to maintain about 1lb fat loss a week.

So starting diet last time at 265lbs was roughly
400g protein , 130g fat , 200g carbs so roughly 3500 cals and I ended up at around 2100-2200 basically zero carbs and every 4th or 5th day I'd add in 300g carbs to boost energy back up
Finishing diet at 240-242lbs on stage..
(I'm 6'3" though)
