Duh. What are we 12. I would never allow myself to get that Fat! I don't know anyone with a high metabolism that gets that fat, including myself. If the person is natural then OK, if he is just chasing weight on the scale. Like I did about 27 years ago, got around mid teens %, still not 18%. Aren't you the one that likes to blast alot? That alone would keep you leaner.
In my experience, after a certain point, the more I took the leaner and stronger I got but not any bigger at the same caloric intake. This was at a time when I would consume 4000-5000+kcal to pack on good weight, not sloppy. One time I increased calories from 5,200 to 5,700, went from 232 to 237 lbs., only lasted two weeks because I couldn't keep it up, the over eating after a while takes a toll. By the way, not a tall guy, only 5'4.
