Calories/Macros on Off Days

Do you guys have off day macros and training day macros? Or do you keep them the same?

Obviously they would be a little different because I wouldn't have a preworkout meal or intra shake but other than that, do you keep them consistent?
 
I generally have different macros on off days. I think most would reduce carbs / calories a bit. This really depends on your goals and training though. Sometimes a high carb off day is just what is needed.
 
Usually while dieting I'll bring my carbs down a bit on off training days. In the off season I do occasionally but I go a bit more by feel. If I feel like I need to keep my carbs the same for recovery (minus intra drink) then I will. But if my appetite is lacking and I'm on the edge of being too fluffy I def back them down I fee I need to.
 
Same here, I skip the carbs in what's supposed to be my pre workout meal and obviously no intra-shake so right there that's 150 grams of carbs I'm not having.

I also drop some carbs from my 1st meal and add more fats.

But I also like to have my cheat meal on one of my off days, IF I've been training too many days back to back due to scheduling.
 
Currently the only off day i have is on the same day that I eat whatever I want lol. Makes it easier that way!

I agree and I like to up my protein by 100g to replace the carbs and help with recovery.
 
I just drop my intraworkout drink, so around 100g fewer carbs

If I was going to get fancy I'd probably adjust carbs even lower, increase fats and protein but that's been working for me so I haven't bothered
