calories while cutting

where do you guys keep your calories at when on cutting cycle
 
That depends massively on your metabolism and type of day job.

But a good starting point is BW x 13 calories and slowly cut down calories as needed. I do well with bw x 12 calories for 4 days then a small refeed on day 5. Do the sushi roll!

"Keeping" calories anywhere isn't gonna be much of a cut...slowly lower them. I start at 3500 or so and add a bit of cardio then slowly remove some cals adjust a few mins of cardio here and there
 
I don't count calories just macros. Im starting out at 450,300,25 cpf and no cardio. I will start adding cardio week 3 then bring a little clen in on training days. Don't plan to touch macros much at all. Drop protein to 250 and carbs to 350 on non training days at done point but I'll delay any cut backs as long as possible. Stayed pretty lean on bulk so just gonna take it easy and focus on retaining all muscle while just tidying up and bringing waist line in. More of a see where u an then an all out cut. Probably be done in 6v weeks I hope.

I don't count incidentals so probably about 3500. I have an apple a day as a freebie and some broccoli and cauliflower that I don't count also

My calories don't change much from bulking to cutting, just the supplements I take. Plus I don't do cardio until cutting. Throw in that at 5 times a week and I can get down to what I need to be at.
 
Mine just ranged from about 2300-3200 for show I just did.
 
greatly depends on how fast my metabolism is. starting a prep its kinda slow. n I will eat my set macro meal maybe 5 times plus LBAs in between. at end of diet tho and metabolism is hot then I eat more often so calories actually increase...

I'm currently at 270/285/80 pcf and have a very similiar game plan to u bit I'm gonna implement some test e when i start my contest prep
