I don't count calories just macros. Im starting out at 450,300,25 cpf and no cardio. I will start adding cardio week 3 then bring a little clen in on training days. Don't plan to touch macros much at all. Drop protein to 250 and carbs to 350 on non training days at done point but I'll delay any cut backs as long as possible. Stayed pretty lean on bulk so just gonna take it easy and focus on retaining all muscle while just tidying up and bringing waist line in. More of a see where u an then an all out cut. Probably be done in 6v weeks I hope.

That depends massively on your metabolism and type of day job.
But a good starting point is BW x 13 calories and slowly cut down calories as needed. I do well with bw x 12 calories for 4 days then a small refeed on day 5. Do the sushi roll!
