Can Anavar show an increase in testosterone levels on lab work?

So this is an interesting read, so oxy, winny and the other one i forgot already don't get picked up as testosterone, the other interesting thing is that none of the 19nors get picked up as progesterone!
There's a point i couldn't understand maybe if someone else who understands better and reads the article can chime in, is it saying that test prop didn't alter or showed up as testosterone?

Anavar shouldn't effect total test but it does lower and can even crush your shbg which raises your free testosterone so that would go up on labs. I would stop at least a month before labs if they are testing free t and shbg regularly as it takes time to restore levels
