I'm five weeks and five days out. Just started taking a product called "CellMass."
It has ZERO SUGAR". Other supplement facts are:
No fat, 38 grams of calories, 9.5 grams of total carbs, 80 grams of calcium and 150 grams of phosphorous. I took one serving today ( two tea spoons) and it got me nice and filled out.
Can this sort of creatine be used during precontest or am I too close to show time and should drop it? Thanks.
